Terms & Conditions
- I advise booking 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time, especially Fridays and Saturdays.
- Please advise of any time restrictions so that they can be accounted for.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to be paid within 24 hours to secure your booking, otherwise your booking will not be confirmed.
- The remaining amount can be paid via the invoice online, cash on the day or by bank deposit three days prior to your appointment date.
- If the service/s are decreased Makeup by Nita will charge the original price to cover the loss of other bookings that were turned away for the same date.
- I understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. I kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice via text/call if you wish to reschedule your appointment otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
- Rescheduling will be dependant on my availability
- This does not apply to weddings and group bookings – please refer below.
- ‘No shows’, including vouchers and prepaid appointments, will be liable for the full price of the missed appointment.
I commit to having enough time to serve you, that affects how many clients I take on. For that reason I don't offer refunds.
Once a deposit has been made, we do not under any circumstances refund existing booking amounts or part thereof for change of mind or cancellations.
What if I am late?
- If you believe you will be late for an appointment, it is imperative that you inform me ahead of time of any delays that may occur. This will allow me to determine if I am still able to accommodate your appointment or whether I'm required to cancel/reschedule as a result of delays.
- If you are late for an appointment and/or an appointment exceeds the scheduled time that I have allowed as a result of delays, an additional fee of $15 at 15 minute increments will be charged on top of the total cost of your service/s.
- In the event that you are significantly late and I do not have sufficient time to complete the service/s before my next scheduled appointment, you will be liable for the full cost of the service/s.
All bookings made on a Public Holiday weekend will incur a 10% surcharge
- Early morning start at 7am or earlier will incur a $50 fee per artist hired.
- Additional parking charges will apply if parking is not easily available.
- Travel Charges will be added

- High demand events eg. Spring Racing Carnival
Weddings and Group Bookings
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required in order to secure your preferred date and time.
- The balance is to be paid online seven days prior to the date of the booking.
- Every effort will be taken to accommodate any changes you need to make within reason, however please be aware some changes may incur additional charges.
- If the numbers of the bridal party are decreased before the wedding date, Makeup by Nita will charge the original price to cover the loss of other bridal parties turned away for the same date.
- Once a deposit has been made, we do not under any circumstances refund exisiting booking amounts or part thereof for change of mind or cancellations.
Your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and any other personal information that we hold is for the sole use of Makeup by Nita. This information will not be sold or rented to any third party.
Makeup by Nita reserves the right to cancel any booking, and provide email notification of doing so, when a booking is in breach of these terms and conditions.
